What’s the role? Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, the role is focused on ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient connectivity within sites, between BRUSH locations, and to cloud and hosted environments. The position will work closely with internal IT teams and managed service providers (MSPs) to maintain network services, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and support the delivery of network-related projects and improvements. The role is responsible for identifying network configuration changes, assessing requirements, conducting testing, and implementing approved changes in accordance with defined standards, processes, and security policies. The post holder will provide technical support for network incidents and problems, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and contributing to major incident response activities when required. They will assist in ensuring network infrastructure remains secure, supported, and appropriately maintained through regular patching, monitoring, documentation, and lifecycle management activities., + Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the BRUSH Group network infrastructure across all business locations.
