IT Onsite Technician

Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues

• Log, track, and update tickets using standard ticketing systems

• Support installations, configurations, and device setups

• Assist with deployments, rollouts, and user onboarding activities

• Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and documentation

• Escalate complex issues to L2 or senior technicians

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand

• Entry-level experience or up to 2 years in IT support, desktop support, or help desk functions
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and standard end-user systems
• Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Ability to follow process, document work, and learn quickly
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or service request tools preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of basic peripherals and hardware components
