The Chief Project Engineer is a leadership role responsible for leading and managing the Project Engineering Division within FINFROCK’s Engineering Department. The role oversees a team of engineers, project delivery, design standards, regulatory requirements and schedules while coordinating closely with other project stakeholders., * Leading and supervising a team of project engineers

• Overseeing engineering designs and construction documents
• Managing project schedules, budgets and department resources
• Coordinating with architecture, manufacturing, construction and other project stakeholders
• Supporting engineering teams in resolving project issues
• Maintaining engineering standards, document quality and consistency, The Senior Structural Engineer provides engineering services for FINFROCK projects, including structural analysis, calculations, design development, construction documents, field investigations, inspections and technical recommendations. The role also includes project coordination, review and mentorship responsibilities and reports to the VP of Engineering., * Performing structural calculations for framing, member design, connections and foundations
• Overseeing construction documents and permit deliverables
• Reviewing engineering calculations and designs for accuracy and company standards
• Managing multiple projects through different phases of design and construction
• Solving complex structural engineering issues
• Mentoring entry-level engineers and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams

• Degree in civil or structural engineering; master’s degree preferred
• Florida PE license required
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience
• Experience with prestressed/precast concrete and multi-story commercial construction
• Design-build and project management experience
• Previous personnel-management experience, * Four-year degree in civil or structural engineering
• PE license with ability to obtain Florida licensure within one year
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years managing projects
• Experience designing concrete and structural steel; prestressed/precast concrete preferred
• Proficiency with structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP, RISA, RAM or SAFE
• Experience working in 3D CAD platforms such as Revit, Navisworks or SolidWorks
