You will be required to:
- Rapidly become an expert on our technology platform.
- Demonstrate our technology platform to customers and partners.
- Provide product training to our customers and partners.
- For direct customers: lead discovery calls and project meetings, provide advice, and perform configuration of NoahFace to meet customer requirements.
- For partners: provide advice as to how to configure NoahFace to meet customer requirements.
- Assist our customers and partners with resolving technical post-sales issues in live customer deployments., Leads end-to-end IVD, companion diagnostic, clinical trial assay, tumor profiling, and SaMD development programs. Aligns internal cross-functional teams and biopharma partners across strategy, validation, clinical operations, regulatory submission, manufacturing, and commercialization. Owns governance, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and partner relationships while delivering programs through regulatory approval or pivotal clinical trials. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience with time tracking, payroll, or Workforce Management applications.
- Have 5+ years in a support, implementation or consulting environment.
- Be extremely customer service oriented.
- Be willing and able to work independently.
- Be intelligent, motivated, and resourceful.
- Be proficient with IT business interaction tools.
Highly Desirable
Knowledge of and experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
- Workday, Dayforce, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, isolved. SAP SuccessFactors, or Employment Hero
- iOS configuration and MDMs.

Knowledge of any of the following is beneficial:
- API technologies (eg: REST, Web Hooks, XML, JSON).
- CCPA and privacy law., Lead product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for Falcon Exposure Management. Develop positioning, messaging, launches, thought leadership, web strategy, and field enablement while partnering with product, sales, marketing, and executive teams. Translate cybersecurity capabilities into customer value and business outcomes, guide market education, analyze buyers and competitors, and strengthen CrowdStrike’s category leadership. The role requires deep exposure management expertise, strong cybersecurity knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and 12-15+ years of relevant experience.
