Job description
- Cross-System Resource Integration (Core): Plan and execute the system integration among factory production (ERP/MES), wholesale warehousing (WMS), and sales channels (CRM/POS/E-commerce platforms) to ensure real-time synchronization and highly efficient workflows for orders, inventory, and production data.
- Factory IT Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization, shop floor networking, and industrial data acquisition equipment) to ensure high availability and network stability for factory production lines.
- High Availability & DR Architecture: Manage system architecture to enforce load balancing, disaster recovery (DR), and security protocols, minimizing downtime across factory and warehouse systems.
- Multi-Environment Systems Administration: Oversee systems administration tasks across Windows, Linux, UNIX, and cloud environments (AWS and Azure), ensuring the smooth operation of hybrid cloud architectures.
- Agile Development & Microservices: Collaborate with development teams to implement microservices architectures using Kubernetes, Docker containers, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) to provide a solid technical foundation for system integration.
- Automation & Scripting: Leverage scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or T-SQL to implement automation strategies, streamlining routine data synchronization tasks across the factory, warehouse, and sales divisions.
- Data Security & Compliance: Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to develop and enforce information security policies, firewall management, VPN configurations, and network access controls, with a sharp focus on safeguarding core production data and customer assets.
- Technical Documentation & SDLC: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system design, configurations, automation scripts, and operational procedures in alignment with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.

The ideal candidate must not only possess a solid technical foundation in systems administration, network security, and cloud platforms, but also possess manufacturing management experience, with a specific background in furniture or cabinet manufacturing highly preferred. - Work Environment: Ability and willingness to be permanently based on-site at the factory/shop floor, working closely with front-line operations to understand and resolve practical business pain points across production, warehousing, and sales.
- Core Capability (Resource Integration): Strong system integration and solution architecture capabilities. Adept at bridging data chains across diverse platforms (factory, wholesale warehouse, sales systems). Must excel at mobilizing and integrating technical resources to solve business problems rather than just focusing on traditional coding.
- Systems & Networking: Proven experience in system administration across diverse operating systems including Windows Server, Linux distributions, and UNIX variants; strong knowledge of network protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and hands-on experience configuring firewalls, VPNs, and managing computer networking infrastructure.
- Cloud & Containerization: Practical experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Database & DevOps: Familiarity with database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) and knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and version control with Git.
- Education & Certifications: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science or a related field; professional certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with the ability to translate complex technical IT concepts into clear, actionable language for non-technical business units (factory workers, warehouse supervisors, and sales teams).
