One Identity Application Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role, you support and optimize IAM operations to protect Allianz Group’s IT services.You will work within a global IAM team to keep access management secure, reliable, and compliant with audit requirements.You’ll translate security needs into practical IAM solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resilient identity infrastructure.This is a chance to shape enterprise IAM on a large, international scale and contribute to a robust security program.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Administration and configuration of One Identity Manager (1IM) environments and management of integrated identities and services * System maintenance and execution of operational tasks * Incident analysis, problem and change handling for IAM services * Management of the cloud infrastructure hosting IAM services * Documentation and updating IAM processes and operating procedures in Jira and Wiki Responsabilidades * 3+ years of experience in system administration and IT operations * Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, security, risks and governance * Experience with One Identity Manager or other modern IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager) * Proficiency with Windows and Linux, MS-SQL, Active Directory and Entra ID * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Ability to create documentation and transfer knowledge in an international environment * Excellent English skills (written and spoken) * Experience with incident analysis and handling Requisitos principales * Hybrid work model * Bonus scheme * Pension * Employee shares program * Flexible working * Health and wellbeing benefits
