Senior Data Center, AI Software Product Strategy & Go-To-Market Lead - Qualcomm- Europe

We are seeking a senior Data Center AI software product strategy and go-to-market leader, to define and drive Qualcomm’s European software strategy for the deployment of Qualcomm AI solutions into European Data Centers. The role aims to guide the introduction of Qualcomm AI Accelerators, Processors, and other Data Center assets into European data centers. The role includes the definition of customer requirements, workload needs, ecosystem dynamics, and European regulatory priorities into product strategy, roadmap input, and go-to-market messaging., 1. 1. European Data Center AI Software Product Strategy

• Represent European software requirements to headquarters product management and engineering teams.
• Translate customer, partner, regulatory, and ecosystem needs into software product requirements, roadmap inputs, product positioning, and go-to-market messaging.
• Identify where European requirements differ from global assumptions, particularly in areas such as data sovereignty, privacy, energy efficiency, cloud deployment models, enterprise adoption, AI governance, and public-sector requirements.
• Develop narratives for cloud providers, telcos, enterprises, sovereign cloud providers, public-sector customers, ISVs, and system integrators.
• Capture competitive objections, software gaps, developer needs, and adoption barriers from European engagements. 2. 2. Go-to-Market Enablement
• Develop strategies for integrating Qualcomm AI accelerators and other Qualcomm assets, into Data Centers with established single or multi-vendor software stacks.
• Develop value propositions, positioning, competitive comparisons, customer-facing narratives, technical explainers, launch materials, sales enablement content, and ecosystem messaging.
• Equip European go-to-market teams with clear messaging on Qualcomm’s Cloud and Data Center AI software capabilities.
• Work with regional marketing and communications teams to support events, customer workshops, partner briefings, and thought-leadership activities., * CPUs, GPUs, NPUs, and heterogeneous accelerator environments.
• Kubernetes-based environments, containerization, and workload management.
• Resource scheduling, bin-packing, and topology-aware placement.
• Model serving, compilers, and runtime frameworks.
• Memory-aware serving, KV cache optimization, and multi-model serving.
• Performance optimization across latency, throughput, and power.
