• Managing patching, upgrades, and high-availability strategies across VCF environments.
• Driving the integration of VMware Tanzu and Kubernetes into virtualised environments.
• Managing containerised workloads and ensuring security and compliance for Tanzu clusters.
• Using vROps to monitor performance, manage capacity, and design custom dashboards.
• Collaborating with infrastructure, network, and security teams on complex client projects.

• Solid hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation, Tanzu, and vROps.
• Proficiency across VMware stack: vSphere, NSX, vSAN.
• Understanding of Kubernetes and containerised environments.
• Ability to build scalable, secure, and compliant virtual infrastructure.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV) or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
