Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Data Scientist in Biologics Discovery, you will shape AI-enabled biology by building robust data features and ML models that guide molecule design and screening. You’ll bridge data generation and ISD’s molecular models, ensuring data is ready for ML and decisions in design-make-test-learn.This role sits at the intersection of data science and biology, offering real potential to accelerate discovery and improve project outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to advance biologics with trustworthy, reproducible AI.Join a mission-driven environment where your work directly impacts how medicines are discovered.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Develop featurization and model-ready datasets from antibody/protein sequence, construct, assay, and biophysical data.* Collaborate with data engineers to define features, labels, and aggregation levels while preserving essential raw representations.* Curate, document, and version datasets to ensure reproducibility and traceability.* Develop applied ML models and evaluation frameworks using curated datasets on biologics data (assay, biophysical, sequence/construct).* Partner with ISD and Discovery scientists to align ML problems with real decision points in the DMTL cycle and ensure data supports modeling needs.* Advise on data semantics with ontology and MLOps colleagues so models can move from development to production with consistency and reliability.* Champion reproducibility, documentation, and responsible AI within the team.Responsabilidades * Master’s or Ph.D. in relevant fields.* ?2 years of applied ML experience with model development and dataset curation on complex biomedical data.* Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, and SQL.* Experience turning heterogeneous experimental data into robust features and training sets; cloud training and data infrastructure exposure.* Understanding of evaluation, validation, leakage, and distribution shift risks.* ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed Ru**D environment.Requisitos principales * annual performance bonus * medical, dental, vision * life insurance * short- and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * paid vacation and holidays
