Manage Microsoft 365 project delivery, project plans, and reportingEnsure risks and dependencies are visible to project leadershipAlign adoption activity with organisational goals in collaboration with IT, HR, communications, and business stakeholdersDesign and run Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption projectsConduct stakeholder mapping and change impact assessmentsDevelop communications and champion networksBuild role-based scenario libraries and use cases connecting Copilot and agent capability to business processesDefine and track adoption metrics using Microsoft 365 usage analytics, Viva Insights, and Power BIDeliver workshops, training sessions, floor-walking, and drop-in clinicsProduce training collateral, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and self-service learning contentCoach client teams to sustain adoption after engagementsTranslate Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Purview governance decisions into clear user guidanceSupport responsible AI policies, acceptable-use guidance, and licensing allocation decisionsStay current with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI developments and feed capabilities into client roadmapsContribute to internal knowledge sharing and reusable adoption assetsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, IT, communications, or related field5+ years in Microsoft 365 adoption, change management, or digital workplace consultingPractical experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption or readiness programmesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and VivaExperience designing and delivering training, workshops, and communications for technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to define, measure, and report adoption metrics using Power BI and Microsoft 365 usage dataUnderstanding of AI governance, data protection, and responsible AI practicesExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsFormal change management certification such as Prosci or APMG preferredExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Viva Learning or Viva Engage preferredExperience in consulting or professional services preferredMicrosoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, MS-102) are a plusCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in managing Microsoft 365 project delivery and adoption, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, training development, and metrics tracking using Power BI.
