Lead complex testing activities, mentor junior team members, and proactively identify areas for improvement to ensure seamless system integration and high performance.How You’ll Drive Success ?Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies for backend applications and APIsPerform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis using logs and other data sourcesDrive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologiesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and ensure testabilityDocument and communicate defects, enhancements, and technical insightsConduct integration testing with third-party exchanges and brokers, ensuring robust system interoperabilityMentor, support, and provide feedback to junior QA team membersChampion best practices in backend QA and testing automationWhat makes you the perfect fit ?5+ years of hands-on QA experience, primarily focused on backend applications and API testingExtensive experience in designing and executing test plans for complex systemsStrong proficiency in HTTP API testing, including RESTful and/or WebSocket APIsSolid knowledge of Linux environments and advanced command-line operationsIn-depth understanding of protocols like HTTP, WebSockets, and related security considerationsAbility to analyze logs and determine the root cause of issuesExpertise with Jira and Confluence for process and documentation managementAdvanced experience with curl, Postman, and similar tools for API testingExperience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworksNice to HaveProficiency in Python for test automationExperience with CI/CD pipelines and related QA automation toolsKnowledge of financial markets or trading platformsPrior experience mentoring and training QA team membersIt’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:Finance experience or knowledge of TradingKnowledge of TradingView ?
