Cyber Threat Intelligence Senior Associate

IT Cyber Security & Resiliency (CSR) is responsible for setting strategic direction in the areas of IT Risk and Information Security. It maintains corporate security policies and control standards, acts as a first line of defense via a robust collection of risk and control assessments, reports to leadership and the Board on the status of the IT Risk and Information Security Programs, and acts as an operational arm for monitoring threat intelligence, understanding when threats are being targeted against the firm, and responding to potential incidents. It also serves as the main interface for Regulatory and Client reviews that focus on IT Risk and Information Security. Cyber Threat Intelligence develops overall strategies and promotes the integration of intelligence activities to facilitate and inform decisions, plans, and operations to provide threat intelligence support to cyber security operations, and conducts sharing and collaboration with government, sector, and cyber security industry partners. Cyber Threat Intelligence supports these needs through tactical, operational, strategic, and collaborative efforts., * Conduct research using open source, subscription, intelligence feeds, and security-related services to monitor and assess current and emerging threats and generate Indicators of Compromise (IOC) in support of security monitoring tools.

• Collect and examine all available forensic artifacts (e.g., source code, malware, and trojans).
• Produce written analytical reports, prepare quantitative reports identifying trends, and deliver oral briefings to stakeholders on physical security, cyber threat, geo-political, and national security matters affecting DTCC.
• Coordinate with cyber intelligence and global security teams to correlate threat assessment information.
• Provide tactical support to cyber security investigations and operations to include performing real time cyber-incident handling, including host and network based forensic collection, intrusion correlation and tracking, and cyber-threat analysis.
• Experience coordinating and leading intelligence threat mitigation efforts between multiple teams.
• Build and leverage relationships with internal and external peers from public and private sector organizations.
• Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately., * Stays current on changes in his/her own specialist area and seeks out learning opportunities to ensure knowledge is up-to-date.
• Invests effort to individually coach others.
• Builds collaborative teams across the organization.
• Communicates openly keeping everyone across the organization informed.

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
