Azure SQL Specialist

You’ll collaborate closely with our cloud architects and engineering teams, providing invaluable expertise throughout the design, build, and migration phases of transformational projects. • Design migration strategies to Azure
• Provide technical engineering expertise during the migration process
• Serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) for SQL Server IaaS and SQL PaaS design and build activities
• Offer advice and consultancy to customers and project teams

What will you bring to the role?

• Expertise with Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instances
• Hands-on experience with database migration tools like DMA, Azure Migrate, or similar
• Proficiency in SQL Server performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of SQL AlwaysOn Availability Groups and other high availability techniques
• Strong skills in SQL Server backups
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and T-SQL
• You can work independently, managing your own tasks and timelines to meet project goals and client expectations.
• You are comfortable navigating different client environments and adjusting to their unique needs and processes.
• You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy friendly working environment
