Workday Consultant-Technical

• We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, and support complex integrations across Workday and external/internal systems. The ideal candidate will bring advanced technical skills in Workday Integration tools, strong software design experience, and a passion for building scalable, reliable solutions., * Design, develop, implement, and maintain complex integrations using Workday Integration Tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, etc.).
• Enhance and support existing integrations with third-party systems.
• Build and maintain custom solutions leveraging Workday Extend.
• Work with multiple integration patterns, protocols, and data formats to meet business requirements.
• Apply best practices in code testing (unit, contract, integration, and system testing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, efficient, and maintainable solutions.
• Utilize Source Control Management (SCM) tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket with effective branching strategies.

• Advanced expertise in Workday Integration tools: EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Cloud Connect.
• Advanced skills in Workday Extend for custom application development.
• Proficiency with integration technologies: EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, Python (or similar).
• Deep understanding of Workday’s data model, business processes, and security framework.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles (Object-Oriented Design or Functional Programming) to build modular, testable backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with code testing methodologies and SCM tools (GitHub, Bitbucket) including branching strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Industry Experience

• Prior experience in enterprise environments-technology, consulting, or professional services-where Workday integrations are critical.
