Job description
In this role, you will serve as the single program orchestration point across SBG business stakeholders, CCEX product teams, the core S/4 program, EAQC architecture and quality teams, and internal and external vendors. You will drive integrated planning, execution, testing, cutover, hypercare, and business continuity across multi-year programs. The scope spans customer, commercial, service, digital experience, data, and integration capabilities, including Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud, SAP Commerce, SAP CPQ and Quote Management, Portal, AMS and EAM, pricing, search, eLMS, product information, partner and channel technologies, analytics, SAP BTP, APIGEE, Event Mesh, MDM, and Informatica/IICS.
You will report directly to our Director of IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday - Friday., * Own the integrated CCEX program plan, milestones, release roadmap, critical path, and executive delivery commitments across the S/4HANA migration.
- Lead execution across Honeywell business and technology teams, CCEX product owners, the core S/4 program, EAQC, and internal and external vendor teams.
- Establish a unified governance cadence for scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change control.
- Drive architecture and design alignment, environment and test-data readiness, SIT, regression, UAT, cutover rehearsals, production deployment, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support.
- Govern CIP300 and S/4HANA coexistence, including routing, reconciliation, fallback, data ownership, interface retirement, and business-continuity readiness.
- Align scope and delivery across customer, material, pricing, quote, order, service contract, entitlement, asset, partner, portal, search, reporting, and integration workstreams.
- Provide concise executive reporting, escalate decisions, resolve cross-vendor dependencies, and hold delivery partners accountable for quality, staffing, milestones, and recovery actions.
- Ensure release and cutover readiness across both deployment waves, with clear entry and exit criteria, business sign-offs, contingency plans, and stabilization measures.
- Drive measurable outcomes including minimal business disruption, data integrity, pricing and ATP accuracy, order and service visibility, quote-to-order continuity, and partner readiness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT analysis, program or project leadership, or related roles, with direct accountability for complex enterprise delivery.
- Experience leading a large-scale SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or similarly complex business transformation with significant downstream application and integration impacts.
- Proven multi-vendor leadership across internal teams, system integrators, product teams, and globally distributed delivery resources.
- Strong program governance across integrated planning, financials, risks, dependencies, decisions, scope, quality, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Executive communication skills and the ability to drive accountability and decisions in a highly matrixed environment without direct authority.
- Working knowledge of enterprise integration, APIs, master data, data migration, dual-run or coexistence models, and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to connect technical execution to business continuity and commercial outcomes., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, SAP, Salesforce, or comparable professional certification.
- Experience with SAFe, Agile Release Trains, Program Increment planning, or comparable scaled delivery methods.
- Leadership experience with Salesforce, SAP Commerce, SAP CPQ, SAP BTP/CPI, Event Mesh, APIGEE, Informatica/IICS, MDM, PROS, Coveo/Elastic, AEM/Next.js, E2Open, or Docebo.
- Ability to translate complex architecture, integration, data, and delivery issues into clear executive decisions and business impacts.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, process technologies, aerospace, building automation, or another complex global operating environment.
- Demonstrated leadership of phased global rollouts, legacy coexistence, cutover, hypercare, and program recovery.
- Strong executive presentation, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
