Position: Sr. Data Scientist with 9+yrs exp

• We are looking for an experienced Sr. Data Scientist to join a centralized Machine Learning team supporting multiple business units within a large enterprise environment., * Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, feature engineering, and advanced data analysis
• Build scalable ML solutions using cloud and distributed computing platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions
• Optimize model performance and ensure production readiness
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, * The candidate will work within a centralized ML team consisting of Senior and Principal level Data Scientists supporting seven business units.
• The environment is collaborative, innovation-driven, and focused on delivering measurable business and revenue impact.

• Airline industry experience is a plus, * The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Python development and model deployment with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver high-impact business solutions., * Master’s or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related quantitative discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
• Strong programming experience with Python
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques
• Experience in model training, deployment, and evaluation
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, * 10+ years of experience in a technical or enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure ML
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience building scalable cloud-based ML solutions
• Consulting or client-facing experience is highly preferred
