Help us shape the future of document management and workflow automation in Spain!Key Responsibilities:You will be the driving force behind the delivery of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards!As a customer-facing role, you will be responsible for managing customer expectations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.You conduct discovery workshops to gain a deep understanding of the client’s business processes.You document the client’s business processes and translate them into requirements for the DocuWare solution.Furthermore, you configure and implement the DocuWare solution, ensuring it meets the client’s needs and expectations.You maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
