Outbound Data Verification Specialist

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Data Validation Specialist to audit, enrich, and cross-check AI-populated database records within the client’s proprietary platform. In this dual-capability role, your initial focus will be maintaining rapid throughput across a massive 15,000+ US hotel directory. As operations expand, your scope will grow to include direct outreach-contacting medical practices across North America to verify physician listings and staff availability through brief, professional phone conversations. The ideal candidate blends high-speed digital accuracy with confident, articulate phone skills. Client Overview Our client is a high-growth US hospitality and data intelligence company headquartered in New York City. Leveraging advanced AI systems alongside proprietary data platforms, they curate high-precision database records for thousands of premium three-to-five-star hotel properties across the United States and international markets. To ensure gold-standard data accuracy and support ongoing operational expansion, they are onboarding dedicated remote specialists to manage back-office verification and stakeholder research. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 30-minute paid break (40 work hours per week) Responsibilities Data Audit & Platform Validation

• Review and audit AI-populated hotel restaurant data against official property dining pages for complete accuracy.
• Confirm onsite dining amenities by checking appropriate status fields within the proprietary Helios Trex back-office system.
• Copy, format, and input official descriptive text and menu content directly into system records.
• Identify and manually add missing onsite restaurants missed by automated scraping tools.
• Remove or flag incorrect database entries, distinguishing between true onsite venues and external, nearby suggestions.
• Maintain high-volume production standards, targeting an output of 30-40 hotel audits per hour.

Primary Verification & Outreach (Phase 2 Expansion)

• Conduct outbound phone inquiries to US-based medical practices to confirm physician affiliations and practice availability. (Not sales)
• Deliver simple, professional phone communications to gather and update operational directory data.
• Log outreach outcomes, practice status changes, and contact records in real-time.

• Dual Capability (Data + Phone Skills): Comfortable performing high-volume digital data entry while possessing clear, professional English verbal skills for outbound medical calls as needed.
• Efficiency & Autonomy: Proven capacity to maintain speed and focus across large data sets without constant supervision.
• Browser & Tech Fluency: Skilled in navigating cloud platforms, switching between multiple browser tabs, and adopting new back-office software quickly.
• Meticulous Data Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to distinguish subtle data differences across web sources.
