JA Solar is seeking a Team Lead - Digitalisation Europe to spearhead end-to-end digital transformation across PV and BESS value chains in Madrid, Munich or London with 50% home office.You will manage a cross-functional team of digital product managers, analysts and tech specialists, driving delivery across ERP, CRM and data platforms.The role requires 7-10 years in digital transformation with leadership experience, strong English (C1) and knowledge of SAP/Salesforce.#J-*****-Ljbffr
