3-5 years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. Experience working with non-relational databases. Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queue systems like Kafka. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute to architectural decisions. Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code. Experience using AI coding tools such as Copilot , Claude Code , Cursor , or similar, with an understanding of their benefits, risks, and best practices. Comfortable working in a collaborative, autonomous, and fast-paced team environment. Good written and spoken English communication skills.
