Endur Application Support Analyst

• Support and troubleshoot Endur-related issues within a fast-paced trading environment

• Debug system issues and identify solutions independently

• Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams initially

• Over time, there will be increasing interaction with traders

Additional Details:

• The client trades power and gas commodities in Endur

• Team consists of 3 direct team members under the hiring manager, with additional support from Business Analysts, Development, and SME teams

• One day per week, the team stays until approximately 7:00 PM for support coverage

Do you have experience in System support analyst experience?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, This is a techno-functional role with a strong technical focus, supporting a leading power and gas trading business.
