About the Company As a Technical Trainer, responsible for delivering engaging and effective cybersecurity training programmes to customers and partners.Specialising in technologies such as Palo Alto Networks, F5, and other cybersecurity solutions, helping learners develop the skills and knowledge required to meet business and operational objectives.About the Role Delivering instructor-led training, webinars, workshops, and one-to-one coaching sessions, both remotely and on-site when required.Designing and maintaining training materials, laboratory exercises, and course content to ensure a high-quality learning experience.Assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and adapting training approaches to meet individual and group learning needs.Responsibilities - Deliver cybersecurity training sessions, workshops, and webinars.- Facilitate both remote and on-site training programmes.- Develop and maintain technical training materials and lab exercises.- Assess and evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.- Support students in classroom, laboratory, and practical training environments.- Track, report, and maintain records of training activities and outcomes.- Ensure training content aligns with current cybersecurity technologies and industry standards.- Promote an engaging and interactive learning environment.Qualifications - Degree in a relevant technical discipline.Required Skills - Experience delivering technical training within cybersecurity or networking environments.- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, particularly Palo Alto Networks and/or F5 solutions.- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.- Experience developing and delivering end-to-end technical training programmes.Preferred Skills - Industry certifications such as PCNSE, F5 Certified, or equivalent are highly desirable.
