Job description

Solutions Service Engineer Installing, configuring, and commissioning software solutions at customer sites. Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting across applications, infrastructure, networking, and integration layers. Investigating and resolving software-related issues, escalating complex cases to specialist teams when required. Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the support lifecycle. Delivering technical training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users and local teams. Supporting system integrations and ensuring smooth communication between different platforms and technologies. Producing and maintaining technical documentation, implementation guides, and service procedures. Collaborating with Product, Development, Quality Assurance, and regional support teams to ensure high service standards. Managing customer expectations through proactive communication and timely issue resolution. Solutions Service Engineer (Cloud/Onprem).

Requirements

Pharma Company. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support, professional services, software implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role. Enterprise networking, troubleshooting, and network security concepts. Windows operating systems administration and configuration. SQL databases and database management fundamentals. Virtualization technologies and infrastructure monitoring. Cloud environments and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS architectures. Software integrations and communication protocols. Web applications and application server environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global teams. Excellent customer-facing and communication abilities. Willingness to travel internationally up to 5 - 10 of the time. Pharma Global Company Permanent Contract.
