You will lead the Software Tools team, shape the future toolchain strategy, and deliver scalable solutions that support engineering, production and after-sales functions. Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of software professionals.
• Define and execute strategy for engineering, IoT and production toolchains.
• Assess and implement technologies to improve automation and software delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure platforms and applications remain scalable, secure and future-ready.

• Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Software Engineering, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Experience leading or transforming software development teams.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Interest in mechatronics, IoT and digital manufacturing environments.
• Fluent German and practical English skills.
