Security Data Analyst - Asset, Configuration and Vulnerability Data for NATO with security clearance

• Maintaining the register of data sources and checking that what arrives matches the data model and has landed correctly.
• Analysing sources covering assets, configurations and vulnerabilities - cataloguing them, pulling out what matters, and reviewing configurations against the security standards in force.
• Leading technical discussions on sources, correlation and procedures: setting the agenda, holding the room, and turning several opinions into one decision.
• Preparing and presenting findings, with recommendations and the method written down so the result can be repeated.
• Reviewing the service for depth, compliance and exposure - architecture, configuration, procedures, documentation.
• Attending and, where needed, chairing the onboarding group and the data governance board.

• An engineering degree, ideally at master’s level, and experience in data work of this kind.
• A working understanding of Splunk and SQL.
• Genuine care with classified and mission-critical information.
• Communication that holds up in front of government bodies, partners and industry alike, and the confidence to run a board rather than just attend one.
• Professional English at full working level.
• Helpful: experience supporting a military or governmental organisation.
