• You own your feature end to end - from planning through coding and testing to running it in production - working closely with our interdisciplinary teams
• You work on distributed systems with a microservice architecture and asynchronous communication between services
• You integrate LLMs as a productive part of our tooling and processes, handle their non-deterministic behavior with confidence - and help push forward what agentic software should be able to do next
• You build on AWS, deploy and operate your services, and rely on automated tests instead of gut feeling
• Your code lives in GitHub, with clear processes instead of chaos
• You work in an international, diverse team - we’re active in 15 countries, and we’re proud of it, * Flexible working hours and hybrid working models (Focused on the Düsseldorf area. • Experience with agentic software development and genuine interest in LLMs - you know how to integrate them productively into tooling and handle the quirks of generative models pragmatically
• A solid grasp of cloud architecture (ideally AWS and GCP) and a feel for what high performance, data-intensive systems really need
• A solid testing mindset - automated testing is second nature to you, not an afterthought
• Analytical thinking and a genuine hands-on mentality: you don’t just talk about architecture, you build it
• A strong sense of ownership - you want to see your topic through, not just tick off your part of the ticket
• No specific degree required - what matters to us is what you can do and live, not what’s on your transcript
