Architect - Ayrhsire

This is not a “replace and repeat” vacancy. The practice is actively planning for its future and is looking for an Architect who can become a key part of that journey. Someone who wants to contribute at a high level, help shape direction, and grow into a position of real influence., You’ll take a leading role across a diverse range of projects, including:

• Community buildings and civic spaces
• Residential developments and affordable housing
• Sport & leisure facilities
• Industrial and commercial developments
• Visitor centres and whisky distilleries

This is hands-on, end-to-end architecture, from concept and early design thinking through to technical delivery and completion.

• Qualified Architect with a minimum of 3 years’ practice experience
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate ideas into robust technical packages
• Proficiency in BIM related software would help
• Confident communicator who enjoys working closely with clients, consultants and a collaborative internal team
• Solid working knowledge of Planning and Building Warrant processes
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing deadlines across multiple projects

Architects, Technologists or experienced Part IIs will all be considered, the emphasis is on capability, attitude and long-term potential.
