Job description

Partner directly with the founders and technical leadership to translate complex domain challenges into scalable, user-centric products.
Build, test, and ship end-to-end features rapidly across a modern full-stack web and AI architecture.
Design and implement intelligent agentic workflows and LLM-driven tooling integrated directly into core user experiences.

Requirements

Startup Track Record: Proven experience thriving in agile, fast-paced early-stage environments with a high degree of autonomy.
Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong production background across both frontend and backend development, ideally using Python / React or Typescript ecosystems.
Modern Web Tooling: Solid familiarity with modern full-stack architectures, type-safe APIs, and responsive UI frameworks.
AI & LLM Integration: Practical experience or demonstrable interest in building with modern LLM pipelines, autonomous agents, and context-aware systems beyond basic API calls.
Systems & Cloud: Good grounding in event-driven patterns, background worker queues, cloud deployments (GCP/AWS), and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
Product Focus: Strong product sense with an instinct for delivering reliable, elegant solutions to genuine end-user friction points.
