Senior Information Technology Project Manager - Hcltech

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-country transformation initiatives within our organization.You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across different geographies.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standardsDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategiesFacilitate communication and coordination between multi-functional teams across various countriesEngage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project objectives, resolve issues, and provide regular progress updatesMaintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standardsQualifications & Skills:8-10 years of proven IT project management experience, specifically with large-scale transformation programsCertification in PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or an equivalent recognized project management methodologyDemonstrated success managing multi-country, multi-functional IT delivery within a fast-paced environmentStrong background in retail, travel retail, POS systems, or ERP implementations is highly preferredFluency in business English, with excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadershipPreferred Qualifications:Experience working within retail or travel sectors with a focus on digital transformationAbility to adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

8-10 years of proven IT project management experience, specifically with large-scale transformation programs Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or an equivalent recognized project management methodology Demonstrated success managing multi-country, multi-functional IT delivery within a fast-paced environment Strong background in retail, travel retail, POS systems, or ERP implementations is highly preferred Fluency in business English, with excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within retail or travel sectors with a focus on digital transformation Ability to adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
