Senior Pega UX Consultant & React Developer

• Work closely with the range of teams within the business to bring products to life., We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Pega UX Consultant & UI Developer who can play a dual role of UX Strategist/Consultant and Hands-on UI Developer within the Pega ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Pega Constellation Architecture, DX API, ReactJS, User Experience Design, Design Systems, and Front-End Development. The individual will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams to define, design, and deliver modern, intuitive, and scalable digital experiences on the Pega platform.

This role requires a blend of consultative thinking, UX leadership, customer journey design, and technical implementation skills., * Lead UX discovery workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder interviews.

• Analyse business processes and user journeys to identify experience improvement opportunities.
• Create UX strategies aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Develop personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
• Define UX standards, accessibility guidelines, and design governance for Pega applications.
• Drive adoption of design systems and component-based experience frameworks.
• Present UX recommendations and design solutions to leadership and business stakeholders.
• Design and develop modern user interfaces using Pega Constellation and DX API.
• Develop reusable UI components and front-end frameworks integrated with Pega.
• Extend Pega’s out-of-the-box capabilities through custom React applications.
• Integrate React front ends with Pega case management and workflow solutions through DX APIs.
• Ensure responsive, mobile-first, and accessible experiences across channels.
• Collaborate with Pega architects and developers on end-to-end solution implementation.

Solution Consulting

• Act as a trusted advisor for UX transformation initiatives.
• Recommend best-fit UI architecture and front-end modernisation approaches.
• Participate in solution estimation, proposal development, and customer workshops.
• Provide guidance on UX best practices for large-scale enterprise workflow applications.
• Mentor development and UX teams on modern design and front-end engineering practices.

• Experience in working with Pega Constellation and DX API.
• Experience in ReactJS front-end development experience.
• Experience leading UX consulting engagements and customer workshops.
• Experience translating business requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes.

Good to have:

• Pega Infinity 8.x and above.
• DX API implementation and integration.
• Case Management and Workflow applications.
• View configuration, Channels, Portals, and UI rules.

Front-End Skills

• ReactJS (minimum 4+ years).
• TypeScript.
