DevOps / MLOps / AI Role Overview: - Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle.You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.- Work with other members of the team to create top-class user experiences on a variety of digital platforms and applications from our clients, that are engaging, useful, and solution-oriented.- Do user research, customer feedback, user testing, and usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problems.- Develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes.- Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration.You discuss different options, next steps and develop the design strategy together.Ideal Qualifications: - A minimum of 3-4 years of experience designing at SaaS or consumer-focused tech or media companies.- You know the in’s and out’s of the newest design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.).But you also don’t shy away from the older ones (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) - Focus on pixel perfection.You sweat the details to ensure that you and the team deliver remarkable products, on time and on budget.- Your great communication skills help you to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.- You have a people-focused design mentality.Whether through hands-on user research or by designing options for an A/B test.- Fluent English skills complete your profile.Perks & Benefits at MVST At MVST, we support our team inside and outside the office with a range of perks: - Fully stocked offices with great coffee, granola, cereals, and more - Flexible hours and remote work options - 25 annual vacation days + 2 extra days off over the holidays ** & **) - €500 travel budget to work from our Munich or Barcelona offices - Company-sponsored retreats (Mallorca, Italy), hackathons, and monthly events like breakfasts, lunches, and after-works - €1,500 annual learning budget + access to Udemy courses - Spanish Language Courses - Home office setup support if you live over 60 min from the office - €50 monthly top-up for lifestyle perks: choose from Wellhub or Alan Health Insurance.Our Recruitment Process While the process might slightly vary depending on the role, here’s what you can typically expect:1.
