Sap S/4Hana Finance Project Leader

Experteer Overview In this role you lead SAP S/4HANA Finance projects within Airbus’ Digital department, guiding end-to-end delivery from planning to go-live.You will drive efficiency and innovation in financial processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate needs into clear requirements and KPIs.You’ll ensure compliance, manage budgets, and support the transformation of finance systems at a multinational scale.This is an opportunity to shape ERP implementations and lead a finance-focused transformation program.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead end-to-end SAP Financials projects with emphasis on General Ledger - Gather and translate internal stakeholder requirements into project plans - Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs; manage budgets and resources - Implement SAP Financials modules including Central Finance, Logistics, and Sales on P11 - Improve accounting processes for scalability and value - Identify and mitigate production issues; ensure system stability - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment across finance, IT, operations - Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness; implement controls - Provide status updates to leadership and manage stakeholder expectations - Act as Local Proximity Manager for Spain’s ERP CoE and support HR and safety initiativesResponsabilidades - Master’s Degree in Information Technology or related field - Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP Financials experience with successful implementations - Strong project management skills in SAP Finance; proficient with projectlifecycles - Proactive, results-oriented team player with international collaboration experience - Experience with Central Finance is an asset - Excellent English u** Spanish communication; French and/or German a plusRequisitos principales - Vacation days +35 days - Attractive salary and compensation - Hybrid work model (40% remote) - Collective transport service - Health insurance - Employee stock options and retirement plan
