• BA/BS in CS, IT, IA or related area with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\n
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.\n
• Extensive experience with cyber infrastructure or security tool engineering.\n
• Demonstrated experience supporting Computer Network Defense (CND) operations and technologies.\n
• Professional experience designing, developing, integrating, implementing, operating, and analyzing cybersecurity technologies.\n
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Azure cloud services, log ingestion, and automation.\n
• Strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR, incident response, RMF, STIG/SRG, and vulnerability remediation.\n

Leidos is seeking an experienced \nAzure XDR and Sentinel Infrastructure Engineer to support security operations across the NAVINTEL enterprise in \nSuitland, MD. This role engineers, administers, monitors, and sustains Microsoft Defender (XDR) and Microsoft Sentinel SIEM/SOAR environments at enterprise scale.\n \n \nPrimary: Responsibilities\n \n \n

• Engineer and maintain Defender and Sentinel integrations, analytics, data connectors, RBAC models, and platform health.\n
• Support lifecycle operations including upgrades, troubleshooting, detections, automation, and Tier III incident response.\n
• Design Azure cloud architecture supporting Zero Trust tools and secure monitoring pipelines.\n
• Develop and maintain diagrams, SOPs, configuration baselines, automation, and operational reports.\n
