Requirements
- Get hands-on experience in a variety of design roles including discovery, product design and inclusive design, We’re looking for curious and creative problem solvers who enjoy simplifying customer experiences and imagining the future of banking. Successful candidates are eager to learn multiple roles and functions within Customer Centricity and Design while building the skills, perspectives, and relationships that support a successful career in experience design., Bachelor’s degree completed between December 2026 or Spring 2027

Basic understanding of digital communication and design principles, * Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above

Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting

Interest in web and app design

Prioritizes leveraging data, artificial intelligence, and technology solutions to improve business processes and decision-making

Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team and receive dynamic on-the-job training

Highly organized; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft apps such as Figma, Adobe XD and/or Sketch
Working model and hours:
This role follows U.S. Bank’s hybrid work model, with employees expected to work from a U.S. Bank location at least 60% of the time and flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the time.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00
