Planung, Leitung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten sowie Beratung der Kunden hinsichtlich moderner IT-Lösungen Sicherstellung der optimalen Ressourceneinsätze über alle Projektphasen hinweg Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen sowie Erstellung von Fach- und IT-Konzepten Definition von IT-Serviceprozessen sowie Steuerung komplexer Verbesserungsprogramme in enger Abstimmung mit den Kunden Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen und Anwenderschulungen
Requirements
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes informationstechnisches Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrungen im Bereich IT-Projektmanagement Kenntnisse der gängigen Web-Technologien (wie z.B. HTML, CSS und JavaScript) von Vorteil Kommunikative und selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
