Administration und Pflege von IT-Anwendungen und -Systemen Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Performance der Applikationen Installation, Konfiguration und Update von Softwarelösungen Fehleranalyse und -behebung sowie User-Support Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Benutzeranleitungen Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern und IT-Abteilungen zur Optimierung der Anwendungen Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Anwender

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Berufserfahrung in der Anwendungsadministration Gute Englischkenntnisse Kenntnisse in IT-Systemen und Netzwerktechnologien Problemlösungsorientiertes Denken und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
