Director - Procurement Transformation

I’m working with a leading Analytics and AI Consultancy in London that is looking to strengthen its Procurement Transformation capability with a Director to work closely with a leading Insurance client on a significant transformation programme. The role is paying £110,000 to £120,000 plus bonus and benefits and is based in London, with four days a week in the office.

We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in procurement and business transformation, ideally within Insurance or broader Financial Services. You’ll have strong knowledge of Target Operating Models, business change and procurement transformation, with the breadth to work across strategy, operating model design and delivery.

A key focus will be helping the client build a best in class, future focused procurement function to support continued growth. You’ll bring a strong understanding of AI, automation and emerging procurement trends, identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and create a more commercially focused function.

The role offers significant visibility with senior stakeholders, with the opportunity to take ownership of major initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Procurement Transformation practice.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong Procurement Transformation experience, ideally within Insurance or Financial Services
• Experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models
• Strong business change and transformation experience
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and working with offshore delivery teams
• Knowledge of one or more procurement platforms, such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Coupa, Ivalua or Jaggaer
• Practical experience with AI, automation or emerging procurement technologies
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging procurement trends
• Experience delivering complex, enterprise wide transformation programmes
• Consulting experience would be advantageous
