Job description

  • Full Stack Adaptability: Take ownership of domain software, contributing to our event-driven microservices platform when backend support is needed.
  • AI Engineering: Leverage agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) across the full development lifecycle, reviewing and hardening AI-generated outputs to maintain rigorous quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a front-end engineer utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript and the React library.
  • AI-Assisted Workflow: Daily practical experience with AI-assisted or agentic development tools, with the engineering judgment needed to audit and refine AI outputs.
  • Modern Engineering Practices: Familiarity with TDD principles, clean architecture concepts, and consuming APIs (e.g., GraphQL).
  • Mindset: An independent, critical thinker who thrives in collaborative, small-team environments and values continuous feedback.

Bonus Points

  • Backend development experience in Java or Kotlin (ideally Spring Boot).
  • Understanding of microservices, database concepts (RDBMS/PostgreSQL), and event-driven architectures (Kafka).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) or cloud deployments (AWS/Kubernetes).
