Senior Implementation Consultant

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you bridge business needs and technical execution, translating client requirements into scalable solutions that support long-term success. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you guide implementations from discovery to delivery, ensuring every solution is aligned with business objectives and technical requirements. From solution design to implementation and optimization, you ensure projects are delivered efficiently, adopted successfully, and create measurable value for clients., * Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions;

• Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations;
• Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects;
• Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes;
• Challenge assumptions to ensure long-term, sustainable solutions;
• From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects.

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Technical Consultant, preferably in a digital agency;
• Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms;
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture;
• Solid knowledge of data governance and migrations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with event-driven systems and API gateways;
• Familiarity with SaaS integrations and headless platforms;
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation, WCAG);
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical project delivery;
• Experience within a digital agency or fast-paced project environment.
