Job description

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
  • Überwachung von Netzwerken, Servern und Sicherheitssystemen
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im 1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Benutzerverwaltung sowie Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Systemeinführungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Systemadministration von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und Netzwerkumgebungen
  • Grundkenntnisse in IT-Sicherheit und Virtualisierung wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mindestens gut
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
