Verantwortung für die Anwenderbetreuung im 1st - 3rd-Level-Support Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebes der eigenen IT- und Kommunikations-Systeme Verantwortung für die Administration der internen IT-Lösungen Eigenständige Überwachung von Kennzahlen im Service Desk, inklusive der Analyse und Lösung von Störungen und allgemeinen Service Requests

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows Kommunikationsstärke, hohe technische Affinität sowie Teamgeist und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
