Experteer Overview As IT Manager at Sika Spain, you will lead IT operations and digital initiatives to align technology with business goals.You’ll drive ERP/SAP support, infrastructure, and business applications while steering digital transformation across Spain.You’ll manage Power BI, AI, and automation projects to boost efficiency and decision-making.You work closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver scalable IT solutions and ensure secure, reliable operations.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Drive digital transformation initiatives and AI/automation projects across the business - Lead ERP/SAP support, enhancements, troubleshooting, and user coordination - Manage IT projects end-to-end (planning to rollout) with budgets and stakeholders - Oversee day-to-day IT operations and local IT personnel management - Partner with department heads and Area IT Manager to align IT with business needs - Oversee IT infrastructure with regional tech teams (networks, servers, cloud, end-user systems) - Manage external IT vendors, contracts, and licensing - Ensure IT security, compliance, risk management, and business continuity planning - Support budgeting, forecasting, and IT governance documentation - Coordinate local business applications upgrades, integrations, and user supportResponsabilidades - Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field - Minimum 5+ years in IT management in industrial companies - Experience in digital transformation, Power BI, AI initiatives, and enterprise systems - Strong project management and stakeholder management experience - Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor managementRequisitos principales - Permanent employment contract - Competitive salary and bonus scheme - Career growth and development programs - Languages: advanced in Spanish and English; German a plus - Travel within Spain and occasionally across the EMEA region - Professional development opportunities
