Job description

We’re hiring a security-focused Java Engineer (Java) to support the modernisation of high-availability, cloud-native digital services operating at scale.

This role is centred around secure coding, scalable architecture, relational database design, and strong cross-team communication within a DevSecOps environment.

Requirements

  • Strong Java backend development
  • Strong relational database experience (Postgres / Oracle + SQL optimisation)
  • Solid understanding of secure coding and application security
  • Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Strong communicator comfortable in cross-functional teams
  • Experience in regulated or security-conscious environments (good grasp of OWASP)
