Experteer Overview As Design Lead, you own design quality and team growth for a core product area, guiding a group of product designers.You tackle high-stakes, ambiguous problems and set direction without owning delivery.You collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to balance scope and tradeoffs, shaping the future of consumer-facing experiences.You raise the bar for design across the team and mentor designers to operate with system-thinking and craft.Your work supports Fever’s mission by delivering scalable, high-impact user experiences in a global, growth-focused environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Tackle high-stakes design problems from ambiguity to direction * Lead cross-squad tradeoff discussions with Product and Engineering leadership * Set and maintain design quality standards for the surface and systems * Mentor and develop a team of designers, balancing hands-on guidance with leadership * Drive measurable outcomes and reduce rework through clear requirements and critique * Be the design voice in cross-functional discussions where scope or timeline are negotiated * Design with reusable components and scalable patterns to protect system integrity Responsabilidades * Extensive experience in product design with prior experience as a design lead managing a team * Proven track record shipping work and leading high-performing designers * Comfort working near hard design problems without owning a delivery pipeline * Deep experience in consumer-facing (B2C) product design with some exposure to B2B is a plus * Strong systems thinking and contribution to design systems * Experience in agile, cross-functional squads with Product and Engineering * Fluency in English (spoken and written) Requisitos principales * base salary with potential for significant bonus * stock options * 40% discount on Fever events and experiences * home office friendly * health insurance * english lessons
