It Strategy Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive meaningful technology-enabled change for clients by applying IT strategy, domain expertise, and cognitive approaches to design innovative solutions.You’ll guide cloud and non-cloud adoption, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead multi-disciplinary teams through modernization programs.You’ll develop strategic outcomes, design concepts, and executable roadmaps while contributing to Kyndryl’s mission of enabling smarter decisions and durable transformations.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Deliver value to customers by applying domain, technology, and industry expertise; establish milestones, quality targets, and oversee team work * Advise on technology options and strategic decisions for cloud and non-cloud technologies (virtualization and containers) * Capture and prioritize complex requirements, resolve conflicts, and articulate business benefits * Design conceptual solutions and plan/execute design and implementation work with technical specialists * Develop intellectual property, assets, tools, and white papers to support domain viewpoints * Assemble and lead teams of consultants and architects; facilitate lessons learned to improve methodologies * Lead modernization programs spanning people, processes, and technology to drive organizational change * Engage in stakeholder management and communicate impact and benefits effectively * Provide advisory input on IT strategy outcomes, enterprise architecture and governance models Responsabilidades * Consulting experience with an IT professional service firm or equivalent background focused on IT strategy enablement * Knowledge of major cloud technologies including virtualization, containers, networking across multiple cloud platforms * Subject matter expertise in at least three domains (e.g., cloud computing, IT strategy, infrastructure, IT operations, applications, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, automation, data management, AI/ML, IoT, cloud governance) * Data modeling and analytical experience using Excel and Tableau * Structured issue-based analysis and ability to derive conclusions, recommendations, and roadmaps * Knowledge of IT Operating Model and Process Frameworks; broad competency awareness in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, process reengineering, automation * Ability to lead workshops and interviews; strong presentation skills * Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum; identify inefficiencies and develop optimization strategies for IT or cloud implementations * Preferred: ITSM/ITIL or COBIT certifications; experience in IT and/or cloud architecture, service management and resiliency Requisitos principales * Be Well programs * hybrid-friendly culture * learning opportunities and certifications (Microsoft, Google, Amazon) * coaching and hands-on experiences * career growth and personalized development goals * continuous feedback culture
