Industrial Cyber Security Product Owner

Experteer Overview As the ICS Product Owner, you drive the OT ADR programme from RFP to global deployment across 40+ sites.You will own the end-to-end service architecture, CMDB data model, and governance, coordinating with Global delivery partners and production IT.You’ll work with ICS leaders to ensure IEC *** alignment and enable OT telemetry to support SOC analysts.This role blends programme delivery with ongoing service ownership in a multinational, manufacturing context, offering significant impact on asset visibility and OT security.A hybrid Madrid-based position with global travel supports a large-scale, cross-functional transformation.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Own and deliver the OT ADR programme end-to-end: tooling selection, vendor evaluation, governance, and phased rollout across 40+ sites * Lead the RFP process: define requirements and evaluate discovery solutions * Govern MSP/MSA partners: scope, delivery standards, dependencies, and deployment quality * Coordinate site access, network provisioning, and local IT engagement for deployment waves * Manage programme plan, milestones, risks, and stakeholder reporting * Own the OT ADR service post-deployment: service definition, SLAs, governance, continuous improvement * Develop change detection capability and manage CMDB data model and asset taxonomy * Interface with Global SOC for OT telemetry and ensure usable data for OT detection * Collaborate with GRC on vulnerability workflows for OT assets * Track KPIs: asset coverage, CMDB accuracy, change detection latency, SOC integration * Engage with division IT teams and site production IT; translate ICS needs into execution plans * Collaborate with ICS Security Architect to align with Liebherr requirements and IEC *** * Support OT monitoring readiness with telemetry and detection use cases * Provide runbooks and guidance for regional ICS Specialists Responsabilidades * 5+ years in OT/ICS security, industrial IT, or OT programme delivery * Hands-on OT asset discovery and network visibility tooling experience (Claroty, Dragos, Nozomi, Armis) * Experience delivering multi-site technology programmes: RFPs, vendor selection, governance, deployment * Understanding of OT networks, protocols, IT/OT boundaries, operational constraints * Experience owning a technology service post-deployment: governance, change management, SLAs * Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and external partners * Clear written communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders * Willingness to travel up to 25% globally (mostly Central Europe) Requisitos principales * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Flexible and hybrid working model * Continuous learning and development with tailored training * Meal vouchers * Life and accident insurance * Premium private health insurance option
