Experteer Overview In this role you will act as a transformation catalyst for Allianz Services in Barcelona, shaping requirements and readiness across business and IT streams during the BMP rollout.You will work with product owners, architects, and global teams to ensure alignment, define scope, and drive early testing readiness.You’ll produce clear documentation, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and guide backlog shaping for multiple markets.This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with a strong impact on delivery readiness and standards adoption.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Define requirements, scope, and bundles for Sprint 0 * Lead end-to-end process mapping and impact assessments * Facilitate workshops with global and local stakeholders * Translate business needs into structured, validated requirements * Support Product Owners in shaping and prioritizing backlog * Drive early testing readiness with functional scenarios and data definitions * Produce high-quality documentation (BRs, user stories, acceptance criteria, flows) * Use Jira to track progress and milestones * Coordinate with cross-functional teams for rollout preparation * Align global BMP standards with local market needs * Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early in delivery * Coach and mentor other Business Analysts * Contribute to reusable process maps, templates, and best-practice frameworks * Ensure clear communication across business, IT, and management * Support delivery governance with clarity and alignment * Travel to operating entities for workshops and discovery activities Responsabilidades * Bachelor in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field * 5+ years as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or system delivery programs * Experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups (Product Managers, PO, Architects, IT, OEs) * Strong knowledge of Insurance Sales processes, CRM capabilities, or large-scale sales platform rollouts * Proven experience in Sprint 0 or early-phase delivery setup * Advanced BPMN/process modelling, requirements engineering, and workshop facilitation * Ability to balance global standards with local market realities * Excellent English communication * Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro * Strategic mindset, proactive, ability to work independently * Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, and CI/CD environments * Experience in BMP Sales or Allianz platforms * Global/multi-country CRM or Sales rollouts * Coaching or mentoring junior analysts * Interest in IT and Generative AI as valuable assets Requisitos principales * hybrid work model with up to 25 days abroad * bonus scheme * pension * employee shares program * healthcare * parental leave benefits
