Product Owner

• Responsible for managing product priorities, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release management, and stakeholder communication for digital products and insurance-related platforms.
• Works closely with business stakeholders, actuarial teams, data science teams, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into user stories and ensure timely product delivery.
• Supports roadmap planning, sprint execution, release coordination, and client onboarding activities while aligning technology delivery with business goals., * Understand business stakeholder priorities across digital products.
• Communicate target delivery dates and release schedules to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with actuarial and data science teams regarding business priorities.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories.
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions to prepare sprint-ready stories.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize IT and business requirements.
• Lead sprint planning and determine sprint priorities and scope.
• Manage sprint capacity and adjust priorities during sprint execution.
• Determine release scope for product releases.
• Create and distribute release notes to stakeholders and clients.
• Approve releases for production deployment.
• Conduct sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Attend client meetings to understand future business and client needs.
• Support client questions and issue resolution related to systems and capabilities.
• Coordinate client onboarding expectations and technical integration timelines.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps for upcoming quarters and future capabilities.
• Facilitate requests through portfolio steering and roadmap planning processes.

• Experience working as a Product Owner in the insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and release management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, actuarial, and data science teams.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
