Requirements

English + Dutch OR French required

Key experience:

SAP HCM / HR Payroll - strong hands-on experience
Payroll configuration & development
Wage types, schemas and payroll rules
Personnel Administration (PA)
Time Management
Troubleshooting, bug fixing & change requests
ABAP / technical SAP HR development capability
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience is highly desirable
SAP CPI / BTP integration exposure is beneficial

You’ll be working across both the functional and technical sides of SAP HR, supporting BAU Payroll while contributing to wider projects and integrations across the SAP landscape.
