Job description

Deliver enterprise architecture outcomes within ACaT framework
Support development and integration of Reference Architectures (RAs) into AIDA
Lead and support architecture sprints
Prepare and coordinate ACaT meetings and documentation
Develop interoperability models and architecture artefacts
Analyse and align architectures with NATO EA policy
Model architectures using ArchiMate and related tools
Support digital interoperability standards and integration design
Produce architecture artefacts, reports, and reusable models

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years experience
Strong experience with:
TOGAF and ArchiMate
Interoperability modelling / integration design
Data-centric architecture
Architecture modelling tools (Sparx, ARIS, etc.)
5+ years experience in process analysis, gap analysis, design
Experience in NATO or similar environments (desirable)
Knowledge of IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
Understanding of NATO data & AI strategies (desirable)
Strong strategic thinking, networking, and stakeholder management skills
